All Bionet monitors include ECG (3/5/12-lead with arrhythmia analysis), SpO2 (Masimo / Nellcor / Bionet sensors supported), NIBP (adult / pediatric / neonate cuffs), respiration, dual-channel temperature, and IBP up to 4 invasive channels. Optional modules: EtCO2 (mainstream and sidestream), multi-gas, cardiac output (thermodilution and continuous), BIS depth-of-anesthesia, and NMT.
Yes. BM Central Pro consolidates up to 64 connected monitors (dual-monitor setup) or 16 wireless onto a single 32″ LCD console. Brio X-Series and BM-Series monitors include configurable alarm priority settings, audio/visual alert hierarchies, and pause/silence controls per operator preference. Alarm priority is also routed to mobile devices via the BM Central Pro nurse app.
BM Series (BM1 / BM3 / BM5 / BM7) are bedside monitors — compact (7″–8″) for general ward and transport, standard (10.4″–12.1″) for OR and step-down ICU. Brio X-Series (X30 / X50 / X70) are premium 8″–15.6″ multi-touch monitors for high-acuity ICU and OR with modular advanced parameters and AI alarm logic. BM Central Pro is the central station that aggregates monitors from any tier into a single nurse console.
